 THE 5 AM CLUB by Robin Sharma

This book is a very well-written motivating and inspiring book and one of my favorites. All the events are so sequentially described in this book. This book revolves around four characters, how their lives were, and how they changed when they joined the 5 am club. He has written what exactly needs to be done during 5 – 6 am, and before that, he has given so many reasons why one should wake up at 5 am. He has also given so many ways that one can follow to build it as a habit. He has referred to many scientific kinds of research and studies to prove his points, and these points will make us rethink the traditional processes which we common people follow. The author has also shown his worries about the cyber craving and how we are becoming slaves of this digital world day by day. He has shown that growth always happens when we don’t do anything. The author has explained that a human body needs 7.5 hours of sleep, and one should not compromise on that. On the other hand, he explained how oversleeping could end our life early. He has shared some important principles and diagrams that one needs to follow. One of my favorite highlights I noted was ‘The great women and men of the world were all givers, not takers.
