Sita the warrior of Mithila

  SITA THE WARRIOR OF MITHILA
                                                                         WRITTEN BY :AMISH TRIPATHI

Hello everyone!
I think it’s a really difficult task not to get bored during these lockdown days and the best way I could think was to read books.
I read the book named Sita the warrior of Mithila written by Amish Tripathi. It was a great book. This book mainly narrates the story of  lady Sita .
The book retells Ramayana in a new way.Lady Sita whom we know from Ramayana is a gentle princess and a faithful wife. But Amish’s version of Sita is a courageous warrior,a great administrator and the prime minister of Mithila
The story begins when the king and queen of Mithila, king Janak and queen Sunaina  finds an abandoned baby girl in the field protected by a vulture from a pack of wolves and she is adopted by the them .
This book mainly focuses on the adventures faced by Sita,Ram and Lakshman on their  fourteen -years of exile in the forests .
Now I am reading the next book of this series Raavan  the enemy of Aryavarta
I would like to recommened this book to all of you
Happy reading.
